At Little Snooze Studio, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos so we can help review the issue.

Because many of our products are fulfilled through trusted partners, return eligibility may depend on the product type, supplier, and condition of the item. Items must generally be unused, in their original packaging, and returned within the return window provided for that product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain baby, infant, personal-care, and intimate-use items may not be eligible for return once opened or used unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Customers are responsible for checking product details, sizing, colors, and shipping estimates before placing an order. If you need help before buying, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Refunds, replacements, or store credit may be offered after the issue is reviewed and approved. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the policy requirements.
